“No man is an Island” tells us that we can never be effective alone.  Since the days of creation, man needed a companion — that is his nature.  This trait of man prods us to always look and build connections.
In this page, Connections — I am just acknowledging that even without knowing each other personally, we can be connected and will continue to interact and influence or be influenced by others.  In Connections, I am listing the references that I have used in my articles — perhaps links that refer to another article, or quotes that need to be recognized as such, or just photos that were posted by other persons.
It is my way of saying, I am indebted to them one way or another and I am recognizing them for what they have contributed — knowingly or unknowingly, directly or indirectly, to my own literary growth; to the broadening of my information base.
